    We offer flexible leases ranging from 3 to 12 months, perfect for both long-term residents and those seeking short-term housing in Sisters, OR.

  • Is high-speed internet included in the rent?

    Yes, high-speed internet is included in your rent and provides private, secure connectivity in every apartment.

  • What amenities are available for residents?

    Our community features a beautiful clubhouse, a 24/7 fitness center, sauna, and a fully equipped dog wash station with dryer and vacuum. You’ll also enjoy a tot play yard, a Bark Park, and access to miles of scenic walking and biking trails right outside your front door.

  • Are you a pet-friendly community? Do you have any pet amenities?

    Absolutely! Pets are family here. Residents enjoy our dog wash station, Bark Park, and complimentary pet treats available in the clubhouse.

  • Do you offer self-guided tours? How do I schedule one?

    Yes! Self-guided tours are available anytime, even after hours and on Sundays. Schedule your visit directly on our website under the “Schedule a Tour” button. 

  • Is there on-site parking? Do you offer EV charging stations?

    Each resident receives one assigned parking space, with ample street parking for guests and extra vehicles. We also offer four EV charging stations, complete with discounted rates for residents.

  • What appliances and features are included in each apartment home?

    Every apartment includes energy-efficient appliances, a full-size dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, tub/shower, and heating and air conditioning.

  • How close is the community to downtown Sisters and local outdoor recreation?

    Our apartments are just two blocks from downtown Sisters, with abundant biking and walking trails within five miles. Explore nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation right from your doorstep.

  • What is the process to apply for an apartment at The Grove?

    You can apply online through our website or visit us in person, our leasing team will walk you through the quick approval process. We’ll request income verification and help set up your renters’ insurance, free WiFi, and Central Electric account.

  • Does your community offer resident events or activities?

    Yes! Community connection is part of our culture. Residents enjoy monthly events and casual gatherings. 

  • Are there walking and biking paths to the schools and town?

    Yes, walking and biking paths surround our community and lead directly to local schools and downtown Sisters.

  • Are utilities included in my rent?

    WiFi is included. Water, sewer, and trash are billed monthly as separate line items based on occupancy and unit size.

  • What hours is the fitness center open?

    Our fully equipped fitness center is open 24/7 for your convenience.

  • Do you have on-site storage?

    Yes, each apartment includes a private, locked storage area located on your patio or balcony.

  • Do you have covered parking? Is there an additional fee?

    Select apartment homes include covered parking, and it’s included in your monthly rent, no extra fees.

  • Can residents reserve the clubhouse for private events?

    Yes! Our clubhouse is available for private gatherings. Contact our leasing team to reserve your date and time.

  • Is there on-site maintenance and management?

    Yes, we have a full-time maintenance technician and property manager on site Monday through Friday to assist with any questions or maintenance requests.
